Cal Davis strives to help and inspire every reader with his easy-to-read, encouraging, enjoyable, and self-esteem and leadership building picture books and novellas.

   Cal has been married to Stephanie since 1991 and live in northeast Texas. They have two amazing children (and a pretty awesome daughter-in-law), and four fabulous grandchildren. Cal loves writing, teaching, traveling, the outdoors, and has a bachelors in Elementary Education. He is a native Texan, a US veteran, a realtor, and a Gideon.
